This is a kind of new recipe for some people and familiar for others. You know what?, any steamed food is a great choice for us to break our long fast. Yes I meant breakfast 😁 . Akki tari kadubu/ masala rice dumplings They don't require oil and takes minimal time to get cooked once the pre arrangements like soaking, grating and chopping are done. This blog is specially dedicated to my mom, because this is one of my favourite breakfasts from her list of unique recipes 😊. My mother has thought many traditional recipes which originate from Mysore region, I have already uploaded few of them in my channel VijayalakshmiVenkateshan and will be uploading more in coming days. Rice is the most basic staple in South Indian household (We just can't skip rice on any given day except for ekadashi 😉). It is used to make the most soul comforting food i.e. idly, so many varieties of dosa, kajjaya, kichdi, pulao and the list goes on!!!! One among the list is "akki tari kadubu"...
