 Hello chakli lovers😊 .  Instant crispy chakli We all know chakli is one of best go to snack in south Indian families and also one of the most important naivedya(food offered to God during pooja) for Varamahalakshmi and Ganesha Chaturthi  festivals . Our great grandmothers and grandmothers have successfully passed on their cooking wisdom to the next lucky person in their families. My mother is one among the luckiest and she is trying her best to pass on her knowledge to her daughter in law and daughter. Hitikida avarekalu saaru / hyacinth beans sambar / curry

Avarekalu season is really speacial for south Indians.  As soon as the season arrives  people celebrate it by making hitikida avarekalu saaru, averkalu uppittu, avarekalu mixture, avarekalu idli, avarekalu akki rotti, avarekalu huli, avarekalu bassaru and the list goes on 😀. This is a kind of new recipe for some people and familiar for others. You know what?, any steamed food is a great choice for us to break our long fast.
